Please note that I spend anywhere from 12 to 60 hours per artwork.

:General Terms:

I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
Reference photos or/and detailed description must be provided by you prior to accepting the commission.
The time it takes to complete the commission can vary from 2 weeks to 12 weeks depending on the details and my schedule. (I'll try my best to keep it under 4 to 6 weeks.)
The finished product will be sent in full resolution image (at least 300dpi) with any file type (jpeg, png, psd, mdp, etc.) of your choice along with a web-friendly size image file.
Changes are free of charge during the sketching stage.
Progress photos may be sent to you for feedback and small changes are also free during this stage.
If you wish to change anything from the final product, it will be free of charge for small edits. Any big changes will come with additional fees unless it is my mistake or a misunderstanding on my part.

:Payment and Refund:

Payment is accepted in only USD through PAYPAL or STRIPE.
Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or 100% after you approve the sketch.
Refunds are not accepted unless I, for any unexpected reason, cannot complete the commissioned order.

:Copyright and Usage:

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, etc. unless stated otherwise.
I reserve the right to share progress photos on my social media platforms unless stated otherwise.
If you wish for the commissioned artwork to be completely private and not be shared to the public eyes, the 20% additional fee may apply for private commissioned artwork.

You may upload or post the commissioned artwork on any websites or social media platforms preferably with credit.
You may NOT remove my signature in the commissioned artwork. (It will be most likely hidden somewhere in the commissioned artwork.)
You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.
You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes (redistributing, reselling, making commercial prints, etc.)
Limited commercial use or other special usages of the commissioned artwork are discussable.
